The challenge is to provide skilled UNIX administrators at the entry level with the flexibility of deploying them on demand in diverse Linux/UNIX platforms.

Solution:

We have hired 45 entry level to 1 year experienced professionals and trained them extensively in Windows administration, Linux and UNIX (Solaris/HPUX/AIX) technologies in real-time environment. Conducted tests at regular intervals and provided the desired hands-on server exposure before finally deploying them at the client place.

The challenge is to identify and source skilled WISE application packaging engineers by hiring them from select companies where there are few packaging engineers in the marketplace.

Solution:

We have hired experienced system administrators and trained them on WISE application packaging before deploying them with the client on contract. This helped our client to recruit people fast, deploy them on project and increase team size based on project requirement.

Key points:

All the WISE engineers have been successfully transitioned in to client roles after successful completion of the mandatory contract period.
